Shipping & Returns

We offer free ground shipping to the continental United States. Most orders will ship the next business day. Second day Air will be an added $45.00 and Next Day Air will be an added $75.00. Please email us to calculate rates for other areas.

Our promise is to offer you exceptional products and to provide the best possible customer service. If your purchase fails to meet your expectations for any reason, you may return the unused item(s) within one week of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn and unaltered. all original tags and labels must be on the items and they must include all original packaging. Shoes must show no scuffs on the soles and have no creases in the leather. Returns postmarked within two weeks of original delivery will be exchanged for store credit only. If a return label is included and all items are returned for a refund, a flat fee of $15.00 will be deducted from the charge credit. Sale items are considered nonreturnable and cannot be exchanged or refunded. As a small business, we regrettably cannot accept returns or exchanges more than two weeks after original delivery.

Late Returns

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 7 days from original delivery. Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at the discretion of Liles Clothing Studio and may only be refunded as a store credit.
